wash your butter lettuce and set to dry
in a large pan over medium-high heat, cook ground turkey
when it's almost cooked through and edges start to brown, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes and black pepper
stir and continue to cook until all pieces are cooked through
remove from heat and assemble your lettuce wraps by placing a quarter cup of the ground turkey into each piece of butter lettuce
top with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy
